This also within the Offshore Energy industry, where the customers primarily are located in Norway, but With a worldwide range of final delivery destinations of the Products.

Umoe Industries is within the contract executions by own Resources doing the Project management, superior HSE & Quality management, planning, material procurement, superior quality systems and Controls, fabrication related engineering, documentation etc..

The fabrication work tasks within the offshore energy Products are mainly done by Polish manufacturing partners, to whom Umoe Industries With it`s employees have been cooperating With since the last part of the 1990-ties.

Umoe Industries engineer Office located in Szczecin, Poland, is an important Resource With regards to engineering Works and 1`st line coordination, quality and progress surveillance of the Polish fabrication partners.

Umoe Industries also offers turnkey deliveries of process skids and moduls, based on sections fabrications in Poland, and in-house final Assembly and outfitting (mechanical and piping, E & I) in Cooperation With the 100% owned subsidiary, Skude Industri AS.

The Products are normally delivered by Umoe Industries Complete surface treated within all of the Norsok M 501 systems, or by other Customer specified systems.

A large number of the Products made by Umoe Industries have been subject for 3`rd part surveillances and approvals by classification societies like DNV, GL, ABS, Llouds Register, Bureau Veritas etc.

Umoe Industries AS has manufactured Products for the offshore energy business within various material grades:

  • Corrosion resistant alloys within the range from AISI 304 – Duplex UNS S31803 / 1.4462
  • Steel grades for low temperature services: ASTM A333 Gr6 and ASTM A420 WPL6
